All At Once
First, set up the dropper ranges (see Dropper Tool), utilization parameters and replacement colour (see Tool Displays - General). Then select the Marquee tool:

Click on the words in the bottom right-hand corner of the control panel to begin processing:
When processing has finished, the converted picture will be shown:
