Quick Info is a simple program for the storage of any brief items such as names,
addresses and telephone numbers etc. in the form of a book. Individual pages
can be printed upon request.
Personally, I use this little program for the telephone numbers and addresses of my family, friends and clients, but you can use it for
any kind of information you like. Create the page names or categories on the left using the "New Page" button. When creating a new
page you will be asked to enter the info that page should contain (if any at this stage). While editing the page (either now, or later on
if you click on the "Edit" button), a "Stop Editing" button will appear and the new page data will be saved automatically.
The "Delete" and "Print" buttons refer to the page that is currently selected.
As you can see, the page names are stored in alphabetical order. If any page name beginning with a certain letter currently exists in
your book or data base, the corresponding button for that letter will be enabled at the bottom. If no page name begins with a certain
letter, the corresponding button at the bottom will be disabled. Clicking on an enabled button for a given letter will cause the program
to highlight the first in the sequence of page names that begin with that letter, and its corresponding page data will be shown on the
right. If you do not (yet) have many pages in your book, scrolling the page names causes little work, but if you have many pages in
your book, the use of the buttons at the bottom can save you a little of the energy needed for scrolling!
